      To assure that our electric motors are of high quality, we have made every effort in our design and production to provide an extra margin of reliability.
      For assuring low motor vibrations and noise levels, we not only perform dynamic balancing on every rotor and alignment checks in our production line, but we also test every single bearing at the factory before it is installed into the motor. We also use high strength non-metallic and non-sparking external fans in all electric motors in order to enhance the ventilation and to provide additional safety, as well as to reduce noise level.       High Efficiency motors are general purpose polyphase squirrel cage induction motors meeting all required NEMA and IEEE standards. In addition to our motor factory numerous sample motor tests to verify and improve our designs, HEMCO also has made an arrangement with a North America independent motor testing laboratory to conduct our complete engineering tests. The testing results including the efficiency tests are recognized by NVLAP (National Voluntary Accreditation Program) of the United States.       All HEMCO Electric Motors currently meet or exceed the minimum efficiency requirement per Energy Policy Act of 1992. This act requires that most general purpose polyphase squirrel cage induction motors manufactured for sales in the United Sates in sizes between 1 and 200 horsepower must meet minimum efficiency standards starting in October 24, 1997.       All HEMCO motors are manufactured in our plant under strict quality assurance program. Our motor manufacturing plant has been awarded the ISO 9001 Certification. This further assures our customers that high efficiency motors will always maintain its high level of quality.
